Welcome to the Pelvic Pain Short Course

This course was designed for women with post natal pelvic pain by a charted physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health.

What’s on the videos and what to expect:

  • There are 3 videos in this course.
  • The first video focuses on pain relieving stretches and postures that will help reduce the pain you are experiencing.
  • The second and third videos are about regaining muscle control and strength.
  • It is best to work on Video 1 and 2 until you feel comfortable with the exercises before moving onto video 3 which is a little more challenging but will strengthen the whole body.
  • You can continue to use all three videos until your pelvic pain has eased.
