Welcome to your post c-section recovery programme.
This course was designed for women after a c-section by a charted physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health.

What’s on the videos and what to expect:
- We recommend that you watch the intro video first “What am I getting myself into?” and then check for diastasis recti (there is a video included in week one to check for this).
- It is important to work thorough the course in the correct sequence. Do not skip any classes.
- You can do the classes as often as you like but we recommend a minimum of 3-4 times before progressing so you are confident with the exercises.
- All though the course is labeled week 1-10, it is important to listen to your own body and only progress to the next week when you are feeling ready. If it takes you longer to complete the course that is no problem as you have lifetime access to the course.
When you finish each video, click the pink “Mark Complete” button down in the bottom right corner of the screen.
